On June 2021, we treated our wonderful volunteers to a tea party to thank them and celebrate their amazing contribution to the TN22 Clubs. A fabulous array of food was enjoyed together with a lovely speech from Roberta, our Chair of Trustees, and all the volunteers were presented with beautifully arranged flowers and plants.
We were fortunate to welcome our MP, Nus Ghani along to find out more about the Clubs and it was delightful to see her chatting and mingling with everyone. To top off the afternoon, Nus Ghani gave a warm and heartfelt speech about the role of volunteers and presented two more Wealden Hero awards – one to each Club! A huge THANK YOU to everyone involved – we just couldn’t do it without you!
