Our Social lunch club is for older people who are looking for opportunities to form new friendships with friendly conversations and companionship. While enjoying a freshly home cooked meal, shared together at the table with friends,

We may be the known as the TN22 Club but we welcome ALL from beyond the postcode to join us.

• Meeting fortnightly Wednesdays in Hadlow Down village hall
• We have a team of experienced wonderful volunteers who help to run the club and support our members to feel happy and comfortable.
• At an extra small charge we can offer transportation to our lunch club within a 5 mile radius of Hadlow Down.

We are so much more than just a lunch club

What do we offer:

Upon your arrival you will be offered light refreshments as you settle in, with plenty of opportunities to socialise with others.

While your lunch is being prepared we offer a wide selection of seasonal activities for all to enjoy: fun quizzes, guest speakers, musical entertainment, seated exercise, gentle yoga, creative crafts, group games and much more. Our team is always coming up with new fun ideas.

We connect with our local community and schools who visit and perform for our members. Bringing generations together “In the laughter of children, the elderly hear their past; in the wisdom of age children see their future. Together they make the present beautiful.”    

Our fabulous cook and kitchen team will prepare a fresh nutritious homemade two course lunch.

Timings and cost:

We meet fortnightly on Wednesdays 10.30am until 2.00pm

At Hadlow Down village hall, Hall lane, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 4HG
