We run a wide selection of clubs across East Sussex to support our older rural community, with our TN22 social lunch club, the Travelling Tea Trays and our specialised Dementia day TN22 Plus club.
Each group provides essential social, physical and mental health benefits. Supporting older adults to maintain independence and creating opportunities to form happy connections and valued friendships.
